产品描述
The company believes that American ande6c, as a revolutionary equipment for rapid DNA detection, has moved DNA analysis and detection from the laboratory to the crime scene, greatly improving the efficiency of case detection, thus maintaining homeland security and reducing crime. The emergence of ande6c represents the most fundamental innovation of security in the public and private spheres.

Product features
Fully automatic and highly integrated system: from sample loading to result output, ande6c system automatically performs DNA extraction and purification, PCR amplification, electrophoresis and data analysis, and generates STR maps. The system is equipped with expert analysis software to automatically analyze data and provide data quality control. The operator does not need to have a professional background.
Integrated room temperature storage kit: all capillary electrophoresis plates, PCR reaction chambers and reagents required for operation are pre installed in the "integrated" kit of ande6c and can be stored at room temperature. The system can detect 27 STR loci (including 20 CODIS core loci).
Rapid DNA analysis: the DNA rapid detection equipment can process up to 5 DNA samples simultaneously within 2 hours. The system provides allelic standard genotypes for each operation and provides molecular weight calculation standards for each sample. The first success rate of the system is as high as 91%.
Dustproof and shockproof: the DNA rapid detection equipment has been tested for fall test, impact test, vibration test and environmental change, and meets the US military 810g durability standard. The dust-proof design, internal vibration control, pneumatic transmission and the absence of capillary electrophoresis plate make the equipment durable and firm.
On board portable: ande6c is light in weight and equipped with handles on both sides, which is convenient for handling. It can be directly transported on the vehicle without other shock-absorbing packaging. It can run on any plane such as the desktop and the ground.
No calibration required: the DNA rapid detection equipment does not need calibration after handling and is in working state at any time.
Automatic sample tracking: the tested sample can be placed in any reaction tank, and the two-way radio frequency identification (RFID) reader and integrated barcode scanning can automatically track the sample to avoid confusion.
No cross contamination: there is no direct contact between ande6c instrument, sample and reagent, and the system does not need to be cleaned or flushed. All wastes are contained in a disposable kit to effectively avoid cross contamination.
Safe and reliable data: the cabin door key lock of the DNA rapid detection equipment and the three-level user access system ensure the system security and accurate and complete data.
Maintenance free: no matter the DNA rapid detection equipment is in use or out of service, it does not need maintenance, and there is no maintenance cost.
Authoritative certification: it is approved by the FBI to be used as the DNA rapid detection equipment of the national DNA index system (NDIS).
