DNA rapid detection analysis refers to the rapid identification of an individual (less than 2 hours) by generating a DNA profile.
The FBI defines rapid DNA analysis as a fully automated (manually free) process from placing a sample to generating STR typing at the core site of CODIS. From sample loading to result output, the system is fully automated without human intervention for extraction, amplification, separation, detection and genotyping.

DNA rapid detection equipment
Features
Fully automatic and highly integrated system: From sample loading to result output, the system automatically performs operations such as DNA extraction and purification, PCR amplification, electrophoresis and data analysis, and generating STR maps. The system comes with expert analysis software to automatically perform data analysis and provide data quality control. The operator does not need to have a professional background.
Integrated room temperature storage kit: All capillary electrophoresis plates, PCR reaction chambers and reagents required for operation are pre-installed in the "integrated" kit and can be stored at room temperature. The system can detect 27 STR sites (including 20 CODIS core sites).
Fast DNA analysis: Up to 5 DNA samples can be processed simultaneously within 2 hours. The system provides allele standard typings for each run, and provides molecular weight calculation standards for each sample. The first time the system detects samples, the success rate is as high as 91%.
Dustproof and shockproof: The system has been subjected to drop test, impact test, vibration test and environmental change test, and meets the U.S. military's 810G durability standard. The system's dustproof design, internal vibration control, pneumatic transmission and no capillary electrophoresis board make the equipment durable and strong.
Car portability: The instrument is light in weight and equipped with handles on both sides for easy transportation. It can be transported directly on the car without other protection such as shock-absorbing packaging. It can be run on any surface such as the desktop or the ground.
No need to calibrate: The equipment does not need to be calibrated after being transported, and it is always in working condition.
Automatic sample tracking: The tested sample can be placed in any reaction tank, and the two-way radio frequency identification (RFID ) reader and integrated barcode scanning automatically track the sample to avoid confusion.
No cross-contamination: There is no direct contact between the instrument, samples and reagents, and the system does not need to be cleaned or flushed. All wastes are contained in the disposable kit, effectively avoiding cross-contamination.
Data security and reliability: The door key locker and the three-level user access system ensure system security and data accuracy and completeness.
Maintenance-free: No maintenance is required regardless of whether the equipment is in use or out of service, and there is no maintenance cost.
Authoritative certification: the first and only rapid DNA system approved by the FBI for use in the National DNA Index System (NDIS) of the United States.
