Features

Fully automatic and highly integrated system: From sample loading to result output, ANDE6C's system automatically performs operations such as DNA extraction and purification, PCR amplification, electrophoresis and data analysis, and generating STR maps. The system comes with expert analysis software to automatically perform data analysis and provide data quality control. The operator does not need to have a professional background.
 

Integrated room temperature storage kit: All required capillary electrophoresis plates, PCR reaction chambers and reagents are pre-installed in ANDE6C's "all-in-one" kit, and can be stored at room temperature. The system can detect 27 STR sites (including 20 CODIS core sites).
 

Rapid DNA analysis: This rapid DNA detection device can process up to 5 DNA samples at the same time within 2 hours. The system provides allele standard typings for each run, and provides molecular weight calculation standards for each sample. The first time the system detects samples, the success rate is as high as 91%.
 

Dustproof and shockproof: The DNA rapid detection equipment has been subjected to drop test, shock test, vibration test and environmental change test, and meets the U.S. military 810G durability standard. The system's dustproof design, internal vibration control, pneumatic transmission and no capillary electrophoresis board make the equipment durable and strong.
